“When I first started my lessons with Zoe, I had a very weak voice: with little breath control, inability to sing in my high register, a very distinct break in my voice, and no prior experience improvising. However, in the seven months leading up to my Berklee audition, she trained me, guided me, and took the time to meet me outside of lessons, developing me into the musician I am now. Those seven months transformed me into a more confident vocalist and songwriter, resulting in my acceptance to Berklee College of Music. I consider Zoe to be one of my greatest teachers and will always be grateful for the impact she has made on my life.”
- Samira, former student
"A retired teacher and mother of three grown children, I never opened my mouth in public to sing and could reach very few notes. Then I started my lessons with Zoe and my life changed. Zoe showed me that I could carry a tune by selecting songs that were within my range. I grew confident and am now playing guitar and actually writing and singing my songs. Zoe was so kind and patient, mature beyond her young years and I am truly grateful that she entered my world."
